Terms & Conditions - 365 Packers & Movers


By hiring 365 Packers and Movers, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Service Scope: Our services include residential, commercial, local moving, and vehicle transportation. Any extra services (such as electrical work or carpentry) must be requested in advance.
  • Quotation & Pricing:
    • Estimates are based on the inventory list provided. Any change in items or distance on the moving day may result in price adjustments.
    • Taxes, tolls, and parking fees (if applicable) are extra unless specified.
  • Customer Responsibility:
    • Customers must keep cash, jewelry, and legal documents in their personal custody. We are not liable for the loss of these items.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the moving vehicle has access to the premises.
  • Damage & Insurance:
    • While we take maximum care, we recommend opting for transit insurance for high-value items.
    • Claims for damages must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
    • We are not liable for internal mechanical or electronic failures of appliances unless external damage is visible.
  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Token amounts may be non-refundable depending on the notice period.
  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions, or government restrictions.
