Service Scope:
Our services include residential, commercial, local moving, and vehicle transportation.
Any extra services (such as electrical work or carpentry) must be requested in advance.

Quotation & Pricing:
- Estimates are based on the inventory list provided. Any change in items or distance on the moving day may result in price adjustments.
- Taxes, tolls, and parking fees (if applicable) are extra unless specified.

Customer Responsibility:
- Customers must keep cash, jewelry, and legal documents in their personal custody. We are not liable for the loss of these items.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the moving vehicle has access to the premises.

Damage & Insurance:
- While we take maximum care, we recommend opting for transit insurance for high-value items.
- Claims for damages must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- We are not liable for internal mechanical or electronic failures of appliances unless external damage is visible.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Token amounts may be non-refundable depending on the notice period.

Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, adverse weather conditions,
or government restrictions.
